Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and profile details when you sign up.
• Content you create: Thoughts, voice recordings, extracted Cues, People, and Projects you save inside ReadyCue.
• Usage data: basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product.

How we use your data

• To operate ReadyCue and process your Thoughts into Cues.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve the product and monitor abuse or errors.

AI processing

When you capture a Thought, we send its contents to our AI provider to extract Cues. Providers process the content only to return the response and do not train models on your data.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is protected by row-level security so only you can read your own Thoughts, Cues, People, and Projects.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete any Thought, Cue, Person, or Project from inside the app.
• You can request full account deletion by contacting us — this permanently removes your data.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising cookies.
