We want you to feel good about paying for ReadyCue. Here's how refunds work.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't happy with it, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly plans

After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Annual plans

After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis for the unused months if you request within 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment, so no refunds apply.

Exceptions

• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.

How to request a refund

Send us a message via the contact form with your account email and the reason for the refund. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
