Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use ReadyCue.

Your content

You own the Thoughts, Cues, and other content you create in ReadyCue. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• No attempts to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• No use of ReadyCue to build a competing product.

Plans & payment

Paid plans, when available, renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account settings. See our Refund Policy for details.

Service availability

We work hard to keep ReadyCue available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer & liability

ReadyCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
